The lyrics are grossly incorrect; most words are totally misspelled. They appear to be the product of a sheer guesswork. That is, merely imitating the sounds of the original recording(s) using the Roman alphabet. For example:
"Chotomate yuturda san" --> "Chotto matte kudasai." (Please wait a bit.)
"Aloko onitsjiwa" --> "Hello, konnichiwa" (Hello, how are you?)
"Ohaio nasaki mas" should read: "Ohayo gozaimasu." (Good morning.)
That said, I admit that the the Japanese words in these lyrics are very hard to transcribe into correct Japanese because they were largely words and expressions picked up by (largely uneducated) U.S. servicemen from their Japanese girlfriends. In other words, they may not be correct Japanese both in grammar and syntax. (Note that they are not sung by native Japanese.)
Below is my best effort to transcribe the lyrics into (nearly) correct Japanese. (I am a native Japanese, who worked for the U.S. Air Force in the mid-1950s.)
