Johnny Webb

John Ejimchi Uche, known by his stage name Johnny Webb, was born on June 21, 1988, in Nigeria. His musical journey began in 1999 when he joined forces with a partner, making a notable impact on the Nigerian music scene by 2009 with collaborations with industry figures like PM (now known as Password), Indomix, and PerfPerfSoundz.

In 2011, Johnny Webb chose to pursue a solo career, marking the start of a focused effort to make his mark on the Nigerian music scene. His solo debut in 2013 included singles "Drink In Ma Cup" and "Redi," featuring Skuki.

In 2015, Webb took a temporary break from music to pursue a business management degree, broadening his knowledge and skills. This break prepared him for a successful return to the music scene in 2018, where he founded Webb Recordz, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. The label released an album titled 'The Exposure' and a single, "Human Life," featuring Lou-is, an African-American rapper from Columbus, Ohio.

Beyond his music career, Johnny Webb expanded into entrepreneurship, launching Jenyglofoods, his Juicy company, in 2023. Recognized as a fast-rising Afro creator in Nigeria, he secured the No. 8 spot on Azure Voice's list.
