Shakhan

Shakhan are indie and their music has been described as Folk Rock, Alternative Rock and Singer Songwriter. Their sound has a focus on lyrical content (though they have some instrumentals). It all started with the simple love of music and joy of playing an instrument. From early beginnings in London relaxing and having a little jam on guitars.

Davyd is the music producer of Shakhan. He plays acoustic, lead, bass and rhythm guitar; flute and mouth organ. Shoshanah is a Singer Songwriter who plays acoustic guitar and keyboards. She is currently taking up mandolin.

Shakhan are now based in Te Ika a Maui (New Zealand).
