Katelyn Tarver

Katelyn Marie Tarver (born November 2, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter and actress. She is also known for her recurring roles as Jo Taylor on Big Time Rush, Natalie on No Ordinary Family and as Mercedes on The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
