Adnen Tarchi, better known by his stage name Foulan (stylized as " ????? " ), is a Tunisian rapper and songwriter. Foulan was born in Kasserine, of the Tunisian state, on January 1, 1992

Foulan began his career in 2010, but his songs were recorded after the Tunisian revolution and they were all critical of politics and society.
