Adil & A.K.A.

Adil & A.K.A. met in Antwerp during one of the first editions of Mama's Open Mic sometime in December 2011 where Adil just suddenly invaded and sang a few songs, shortly thereafter were Adil & A.K.A. introduced to each other and further put the evening and they played their first jam. This was the beginning of a number of fruitful meetings and first youtube home recordings. After at first only play cover songs Adil & A.K.A. decided to write their own songs as were the singles "Free Portion Smile" in 2012 and "Love and disappointments" in 2013 established. Meanwhile, the duo was invited to the Top2000 a go go in 2012 and became their first single "Free Portion Smile" used during het jeugdjournaal. At present they are working very hard on their own album which they hope to have. Against summer 2014
