We all start at the beginning
Even though sometimes, it's harder to find
And I fight with how I'm living
Because I never find time to make up my mind

And every crossroad only has about a million different ways to go
If you don't mind every now and then taking your eyes off the road
Where the beaten paths become ravines and trenches traveled by people with nowhere to go
So I take my time and finally decide that there is

No way I'm going to let this dream die out inside me
No way I can keep the shouts down now
I'm gonna live out and find the time to rhyme these words and
Sing my heart out cause that's what my life's about

Seasons change to mark the passing
Of time in our lives, remind us how time flies
Keys and colors fill my vision, as
I strive to make my impact in this life

And every mistake that I make is followed by something more beautiful
As I finally understand that it takes a little time to grow
So I plant this seed and give it all it needs and see how many miles I have left to go
I've been given time, I'm going to make it mine, show everyone that there's
