combining already existing techniques for self service, virtualization,
standardisation, automation, rapid (de)provisioning and pay for use.  The
cloud delivery model can be provided as a managed service (by a service
provider, under contracted service levels), or implemented by an
organization itself (where the organization manages the environment
itsself.
