There is a capo on the 4th fret.

The f# (3 on the b string) sounds a bit different on the cd. I assume
he is plucking more than one string, might not even be an F#, closest
note I could find though. Only other thought is to also hold down 2 on the g string.
I am not a great plucker so thats as good
as it gets for me.
