turn it off i want to hear myself breathe i want to know 
if im still alive i cant stop thinking about it fall 
asleep and it will go away i cant take it i dont want it 
feeling alone and depressed sucks. it tears you apart. i 
usually feel pretty good about myself but sometimes i sit 
in my room and think of things and start to feel shitty. 
then i end up going to bed and hope to wake up with a 
clear mind. but sometimes it dosent happen.
