I have not seen this tabbed anywhere else so I thought I'd tab it myself. It took ages to figure out but it sounds good to me. This song is great and sounds good with plenty of overdrive. I think the solo's a bit out, but I'm working on it. Anyway, here it goes... Tune your guitar to (low to high) DADGBE Riff 1 E-------------------------------------------------- B-------------------------------------------------- G-------------------------------------------------- D--x-x-14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-9---- A--x-x-14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-9---- D--x-x-14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-9---- E---------------------------------------------- B---------------------------------------------- G---------------------------------------------- D--14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-7---- A--14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-7---- D--14-14-12-9--9--12-12-10-7--7--14-14-12-7---- Repeat Riff 1 for the intro and verse parts. If you listen to the song on the CD you'll be able to work out where the words fit in. Chorus E------------------------------------------------------------------- B------------------------------------------------------------------- G------------------------------------------------------------------- D---------7-----9~~~~------------7-----9~~~~------------7-----9~~~~ A-(5)-7-9---7-9----------(5)-7-9---7-9----------(5)-7-9---7-9------ D------------------------------------------------------------------- E----------------------- B----------------------- G----------------------- D---------7-----7~~~~ A-(5)-7-9---7-9--------- D----------------------- ~~~~ means vibrato. For the chorus it is not always necessary to play the A string at the 5th fret, so I have put it in brackets. Fig. 1 E------------------------------------------------------------------- B------------------------------------------------------------------- G------------------------------------------------------------------- D---------9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9---- A---------9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9---- D---------9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9---- I'll pay no attention no attention no attention no attention E------------------------------------------------------------------- B------------------------------------------------------------------- G------------------------------------------------------------------- D--x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9------------------------------------- A--x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9------------------------------------- D--x-x-x--9---9----x-x-x--9---9------------------------------------- No attention no attention I'm not really sure whether I should call that bit a bridge, but I will just to label it when I put the song in order Solo E------------------------------------------------------------------- B----------------------------------------------------9^--7--9^--7-- G--10~~~~--10~~~~--10~~~~---------------------7--7---------7- D-------------------------7-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-------9---------------- A------------------------------------------------------------------- D------------------------------------------------------------------- E----------------------------------------------------------------7^- B-----------------------------9^--7------------------------10------ G--------------------7--7------------7-----------7~~~------------- D--7-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-------9------------9--7--9--------9---------- A------------------------------------------------------------------- D------------------------------------------------------------------- E---------------10^---7------------------7------------------------- B---10---7----------------10---7---10------------------------------ G------------------------------------------------------------------- D------------------------------------------------------------------- A------------------------------------------------------------------- D------------------------------------------------------------------- After this bit just play with a few notes around the 7th, 9th and 10th frets. Then play Fig 1 before it slows down. When it slows down it is basically Riff 1 played slowly. Then comes the outro riff: Riff 2 E------------------------------------------------------------------- B------------------------------------------------------------------- G------------------------------------------------------------------- D----14--14--12--9--9---12--12--10--7--7---9--7--5---7--7--5--2-- A----14--14--12--9--9---12--12--10--7--7---9--7--5---7--7--5--2-- D----14--14--12--9--9---12--12--10--7--7---9--7--5---7--7--5--2-- E------------------12-12-12-12-12-(I dont think this is right so------- B------------------12-12-12-12-12--try whatever you think fits)------ G------------------------------------------------------------------- D-----0------------------------------------------------------------- A-----0-let ring------------------------------------------------------ D-----0------------------------------------------------------------- To finish it just play with a few more notes (it sounds good improvised). Voila! I took the pleasure in putting the whole thing in order...
