Hey!
I have found in the tabs for this songs there is one small mistake made -
The last line of the verse/chorus shifts from
(for instance with this key)
C G F G
to
C F G G
So it's not the same chord structure repeating all the way through each section.
You can play it the other way and still sing it - but it's not quite right.
