This song if only she knew by o.a.r. is pretty simplistic.  The whole thing is
based on an easy progression.

G - Bm - C - D

Listen to the song for timing, and play all the chords as sixth string roots.  Slide from the Bm
to the C as well to make it sound like the record.  For the verses, just use a upstroke rhythm
and only hit the top 3 or 4 strings.
