This is a not too difficult Paganini piece.  It's in 2/4 time, and if I had to give it a key, I'd
say A minor.  The chords in the main theme are in a minor but this melody is pretty much
chromatic.  The whole thing is in sixteenth notes except for the last two notes of measure four,
and those are eight notes.  Use alternate picking for all but the last measure, which is a series
of upstrokes.  Tempo is about 100 bpm.
