DannyBoy here ... guys chill . not everyone will like hendrix ok man . let them be blind ... he isnt the best , but he was certainly the most influencial and probably the most listened to guitarist , leave it at that , there are lovers and haters . as long as you like him , why care what anyone else thinks ?

Jimi Hendrix definitly made a huge impact on music...it has never been the same since...but he was very technical about it all...once rodney rhodes (god) came around and went way beyond the set standard of jimi hendrix....jimi was shut down...i think rodney rhodes is god...and the best guitarist that ever lived

I find it funny that someone can trash a fallen diety such as Hendrix, even for shock value. Way ahead of his time and if he could be alive today I would die at the thought of Dimebag Darrel or Zakk Wylde getting the chance to meet the man who created the foundations of the osunds we all know and love today. Of course he may or may not have been to old to jam with 'em?!

Nothing's ever about the music anymore. Nowadays, the most important aspect of a musical act is always the singer. People need to learn to appreciate the dude at the back of the stage who knows how to play an instrument properly.
By the way, everyone around here needs to learn how to write properly.
Bring back Jimi!!

When Jimi Hendrix was playing songs like this The Beetles were playing like 2 note songs over and over singing "She loves me" blah blah blah, Jimi Hendrix like invented Pedals for all the effects of the guitar. He was only famous for like 3 years and he came that far in Guitar history, just imagine if he lived and played for like 15 years or more longer, He changed the way of guitars and mastered it, He started to Invent it, Not just mastar it. Jimi Hendrix is the greatest to live.
