I'm mnaikg a CD full of different kinds of media   pictures, video,
documents, etc. and I'd like to make design a site that would run locally
from the CD. My question is, is there a way to make the home page of this
site, which again, would be located on the CD, automatically popup when the
CD is inserted?Just like installation dialogs popup when you insert
software CDs?
