OK, here is the ABSOLUTE, CORRECT way to play this.
I'm just writing the bar chords, but it's very easy.  You can play this acoustic or electric

5 5  5 5 5 5 5  Do that as many times as neccisary.
3 3  3 3 0 0 3

This is good for "I am still living with your ghost" all the way up to
"I don't wanna be your downtime". On "Downtime" play the next set of chords.

7 7 9 9 5 5 5 5
7 7 9 9 5 5 5 5 7 7
5 5 7 7 3 3 3 3 7 7
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 5 5

Then back to the main riff at the top.  Now here's the chorus, which is "We can
live beside the ocean"

And back to the main riff.  That's it, it is so simple, and so many annoyingly wrong tabs
are up here that I had to do something.
