Elliott Smith
Elliott Smith - Pitseleh gitaar chord
Je score:
Definitely one of my favorite songs by Elliot Smith. It's hard to pull off if you're a beginner like me, but if you start strumming each chord once and slowly work your way up to three or four times, it should sound right. You might have to tune your guitar down a little bit first, just under a half a step. Here are the chords in tab form: Intro: E minor D Major e----------------------------------- B------0-------0-------3-------3---- G------0-------0-------2-------2---- D------2-------2-------0-------0---- X 4 A------2-------2-------0-------0---- E--0-------0-------1-------1-------- Then it's the same when the lyrics start for a couple measures: E minor D Major E minor D Major E minor e------------------------------------------------------------------- B------0-------0-------3-------3-------0-------0-------3--------3--- G------0-------0-------2-------2-------0-------0-------2--------2--- D------2-------2-------0-------0-------2-------2-------0--------0--- A------2-------2-------0-------0-------2-------2-------0--------0--- E--0-------0-------2-------2-------0-------0-------2--------2------- I'll tell you why I don't want to know where you E minor A Major D Major G Major e------------------------------------------------------------------- B------0-------0-------2-------2-------3-------3-------2-------2--- G------0-------0-------2-------2-------2-------2-------0-------0--- D------2-------2-------2-------2-------0-------0-------0-------0--- A------2-------2---0-------0-----------0-------0-------2-------2--- E--0-------0-----------------------2-------2-------3-------3------- are/ I got a joke I've been dying to tell you E minor D Major E minor D Major e------------------------------------------------------------------ B------0-------0-------3-------3-------0-------0-------3--------3-- G------0-------0-------2-------2-------0-------0-------2--------2-- D------2-------2-------0-------0-------2-------2-------0--------0-- A------2-------2-------0-------0-------2-------2-------0--------0-- E--0-------0-------2-------2-------0-------0-------2--------2------ The silent kid is looking down a better E minor A Major D Major G Major e------------------------------------------------------------------ B------0-------0-------2-------2-------3-------3-------2-------2--- G------0-------0-------2-------2-------2-------2-------0-------0--- D------2-------2-------2-------2-------0-------0-------0-------0--- A------2-------2---0-------0-----------0-------0-------2-------2--- E--0-------0-----------------------2-------2-------3-------3------- road to make the noise that I kept so quiet E minor D Major D Major G Major e---------------------------------- B------0-------0-------3-------3--- G------0-------0-------2-------2--- D------2-------2-------0-------0--- A------2-------2-------0-------0--- E--0-------0-------2-------2------- kept it from you, Pitseleh Chorus: D-Major G-Major A-Major e------2-------3-------0-------0--- B------3-------3-------3-------3--- G------2-------0-------3-------3--- D--0-----------0-------3-------3--- X 4 A----------2-------0-------0------- E---------------------------------- And then the whole thing repeats with these lyrics: "I'm not what's missing from your life now I could never be the puzzle pieces They say that God makes problems Just to see what you can stand Before you do as the devil pleases Give up the thing that you love No one deserves it" ---piano solo, pretty much the same chords as the intro + chorus--- and then it repeats with another verse: "The first time I saw you I knew it would never last and I'm not half what I wish I was I'm so angry, I don't think it'll ever pass And I was bad news for you just because I never meant to hurt you" --chorus--
