During the last measure of the verse dont play as many "C0"'s and dont play the "G6"'s and the slide, and instead of the Fill play this:

That's it.  "Tear Away" is a pretty easy song and is pretty fun to play after you get it memorized and can jump 'round a bit.  I'm pretty close to being absolutely sure that this tab is 100% correct so please rate it.
