The two versions of this song here have the correct chords,
just not correctly voiced. Use a capo on the second fret and play:

   A      Dadd9 D6add9 (or something)

at the D6add9 you can play an e, but the note you move
your pinky to is enough to make it sound right

I wont give you the rythm because it is pretty simple

the chorus is just an F#m (or an open "Em" with the capo) to
the open A (g formation with capo) to a C#m to an E. The E in the
Chorus is the bar chord on the 7th fret



Its easy, and sounds much better with a capo.
