This is simply a reasonable fascimile of the original in standard tuning, so you don't have to break your guitar (Db, Ab, Db ... ) everytime you want to play the song.
The part numbers match up with the lyrics printed below to tell you what order to play them in.

Part 1

The chords are in sets of two because they are played that way in the song.
Play the first two, then "I'm missing your bed...".
Then the second two, "I never sleep...".
The last two sets are played during "And this bottle of beast...".

Part 2

This bit is tricky.  In order to make the piece a little bit easier and still match up with the song, I sacrificed some chording.
If you follow the chording, you should be able to figure out the strumming pattern.
The initial sets of three line up with the strums.
The first three line up with "As for".
The second three line up with "now I'm".
The third set (with an extended first chord strum) line up with "gonna hear the".
Then it continues to "saddest songs...".
The only other tricky part in the 077x00 to 076x00: It sounds like three chords in the song, but if you strum it focusing on the right strings it sounds great.
