This is the acoustic rhythm part of Under the Tracks.  It's kind of
a cross between Everlast's "Only Love Can Break Your Heart" and
"Leaving Las Vegas" by Sheryl Crow.  Anyhow, it's pretty simple so I
think I have the chords right (not positive about the C but given my
limited knowledge of music theory it seems right).  My first
