I've noticed Chan sometimes uses the same music for different songs.
Obviously she used an autoharp and not a guitar for "Sea Of Love",
but it's the same notes, and at shows she uses a guitar. So here it is:

Just play those chords over and over and you've got it! And if you're
like me and find forming a B chord is just impossible, I cheat and play
