It's common place in every conversation to bleed these 
summers dry. So go on about the fun, the fights, the 
wrongs, the rights underneath this southern sky. We throw 
a party every night for entertainment, and keep a breeze 
to cool us down. But bottle by bottle and breath by 
breath we'll drink the life right out of our hometown. 
This summer air will guide us to the apartment where we 
come unglued and breathe in good time, and forget about 
our crimes. Because we are the smartest kids around. We 
scream from our hearts and bring this city down. These 
street lights hum our subtle sound. Because we are the 
coolest kids around. All at once we lost ourselves in 
long drives and sleepless nights, but its so cold. I need 
this summer air to take me home. Back to the parking lots 
at 12 o'clock, where we are strong. With our lives right 
before our eyes but we took our time. Right here is where 
we are strongest and everything makes sense. Surrounded 
by your closest friends as we kill the latest trends. 
They say that we are wasting our time away everyday, but 
these shows show me what we can be so we'll sing out 
loud.
