Galina is een Russische dame die Alexandra ontmoette in een kliniek waar zij behandeld wordt voor exceem. Deze dame maakt de zalf voor de behandeling van Alexandra's exceem. De zalf van Galina werkt beter dan de pillen van de apotheek. Galina zei: ‘It cost me more to make this than I’m charging you. I get this man in the Swiss Alps to gather these herbs and I make you this cream.’ Galina is met pensioen gegaan. Alexandra kan haar niet meer vinden.
