"The song "All I've Ever Needed" comes from the movie Grace Unplugged in which I play a character named Grace Trey. Like most teenagers, she's frustrated with her parents and ready to stretch her wings. After a fight with her dad, she seizes on an opportunity to go to L.A. for her big break, against the wishes of her family. Cutting off contact with her parents, she seems prepared to walk away from her faith and family - just to see her dream become reality. The big question throughout the film is: will this journey cause Grace to reject her faith or rediscover it?

"All I've Ever Needed" is a key song in the movie, and really a turning point for Grace. This is a song that explores the moments we have in life when we realize the things we've been chasing mean nothing if you walk away from your faith. So many times in life we think we know what we want, but then when we actually get that, we realize it's not at all what will make us happy. This chorus says that in such a beautiful way.
