Na een concert kwam er iemand naar Ann Wilson toe en vroeg haar hoe het met haar geliefde is. Ann dacht uiteraard dat de man haar boyfriend Michael Fisher bedoelde. Het bleek echter al snel dat de man haar zus Nancy bedoelde. Ann was hier zo boos over dat ze dit agressieve hard rock nummer schreef.
In een interview verklaarde ze later dat haar boosheid voor Mushroom Records bestemd was. Deze maatschappij stelde, als publiciteitsstunt, dat Ann en haar zus een lesbische verhouding hebben.
