I think this is pretty accurate but I know there are a few simplifications I made.

This song holds up well as a solo acoustic piece.  I performed it at a wedding solo
and it turned out very well.

The second verse is very similar to the first and is even simplified in a few places.
Play the same picking pattern as the first verse.
