This is "Mother Mother" by Tracy Bonam
Basically all you are doing is moving you F cord form from the 5th fret to
the fourth to the second to the first then using the E cord and sliding back
up to the fifth fret again.

pick from top  strum   pick from top   (you get it)  slide to 5th while struming
