To get the sound that Jon gets on the record, hit the low E string first, then strum a hard E chord
and mute all the strings with a slap, then quickly move your middle and ring finger over to play an
A2, keeping your pointer finger on the G# (third string, first fret).  Pull off on the A2 and let the
guitar resonate.
