                        BEHIND THE CROOKED CROSS

Another one of my favorite songs on 'South of Heaven'.  The only tabbed
version I've seen around of this song is of considerably low quality (no
offense intended to the author of that tab - at least the main riff was
right).

Comments:

Another Slayer song that you could play on a four-string guitar (except
for those nutty solos, of course).  I've ignored the top two strings
again.

I didn't even attempt to do the solos.

Throughout the song, play all downpicks.  I know it's fast and your wrist
starts to hurt.  Quit whining.  Slayer is supposed to hurt.

As usual, guitars are tuned to Eb.  Hanneman has the left stereo channel.

Generally one dash is a sixteenth note in length.  So ---- is one beat.
