The 'obb' is simply a snare hit with a soft one hand roll following, similar to a flam. This also leads to the ghost note drag before the next measure.
The chorus 'cymbal' sounds like the high bell of a ride cymbal, though the sound is so generic it really could be any kind of metal thing.
