Yes, I know that the real tuning is standard, 1 whole step down, but I
think that this way is easier for people who don't like to do a lot of
retuning.

And the sound on the lead part is best gotten with a crapload of
distortion and an octaver effect if you have one.

For this part, these are just the regular verse chords, with a clean tone
and made to sound a little bit fuller.  They change the same way that the
normal verse does.
