Anyway, Heyden Tuning is all fucked up, so i found a way you can play this without racking your brain over the tuning...

So the intro is a
G    to a   D but when you play the D play it like this   low E 5
                                                              A 5
                                                              D 4            for the sake of all things holy, we'll refer to               G x
                      this D as D(5) for 5th fret             B 3
                                                         high E x


If the D is not a D(5) then it is a simple D...
And you just play that for a while then the lyrics kick in

Sit here in Trees lounge, Pour it in my mouth
C#                  D(5)  C#                D(5)

I need somethinge to forget, what got me in this mess, feeling less and less

then back to the G D(5)

O.k and you'll notice that when you play the opener it's easy to play the G Bar and just move your fingers up to the D(5) anyway, enjoy...
