Intro:
Dm G (play multiple times until you hear the key change)

F   C  Dm G A dm C Bflat Am G E

Start over again with Dm to G pattern

To replicate the sound from the piano try this in the intro:

On the Dm chord, move from an open dm chord to hammer on the third fret on the high E string.  On the G chord only finger the low E and the A strings leaving the rest of the strings open until you hear the chord change into a G7.  Go back to the modified G again.
