So, I bought a telephone
From a company that I won't name
But they're monopolizing my Rio (de Janeiro)
They've been letting me down for years
I was frustrated most by their employees
Who pretended on the phone to understand my situation
Everything I said they seemed to understand

It was nothing but a trick to hang up fast
For those people are trained not to listen
My God - who's going to tell me,
That one day things will get better
