The deepest cuts, all traced in red

The seperation of her flesh from the razor 
Feeling the vengeance coming out (probably wrong.. feeling the bed, she`s covered now?) 
Like broken glass 
Draining the blood that`s running down (AND THEN..) ["running down/and then" layered on top of each other] 

She tasted eternity 
Its kiss like a last goodbye 
She`s taken herself from me 
Forever abandoned 

Eyes held open, the bitter taste of blood and sweat 
The emptiness -- 
The suffocation, final breath then THE SILENCE 
That dulls the pain beneath the skin
