Verses:

The first chord is definitely a D, but next is an F#m - it sounds best if you play up on the 9th fret (without playing either 1st or 6th Strings). Then slide down two frets for the next chord - Em (again without 1st or 6th)- then to a standard A chord.

After the rounds of these chords it changes and you've got it almost right except the E when he says about something in his teeth (what a great line!!), that should be an Em.

Well done for typing it all out though - there's no way i could have been arsed to do all that! Keep playing.
