DEACON BLUES

Ah yes, another version of this late 70's Dan classic.
The changes here are posted with the keyboard in mind however
--allowing for more complex formations, and specific voicing
that are indeed easier to play on a keyboard than on a guitar--
hence these rather unusual formations like Ebmaj7-5/F etc.
Hopefully to the keyboardist, an even more accurate description
of the recorded music is the result here, as he is no longer
is restricted to the limitations of guitar chord descriptions.

Also this version plays from beginning to end as one continuous
'play-along' chart for the entire work. The chords often aren't
QUITE the same on the recording in each chorus and verse, and the
player need no longer shuffle pages around searching for codas,
repeat chorus, verse etc.( I'm certain I'm not the only one who
has been annoyed by this! )-just go to the next page.

small case letters above chord symbols
indicate individual notes:
c4: middle C, and notes above in that octave...
c5: C above middle C
c3: C below middle C etc.
numbers behind notes will only be indicated
when notes enter another octave or begin a new line
