I have no idea why.* Mike plays this song with his guitar tuned down to Ab,Db,Ab,Db,Gb,Bb. That tuning, however is slightly lower than some players might want to tune, so this version is for a standard six string guitar tuned down 1/2 half step. It should sound almost perfect though. Notes in parentheses are actually played an octave lower. If you have a whammy pedal you can try to use that, or simply palm muting the note sort of gives it a lower sound. The rythm is similar to the regular chorus but not exactly like it. This is actually a distorted acoustic guitar I think, but light distortion sounds good.
