I think this is pretty much the correct way to play it. Hope I didn't make any mistakes! I did change the G to a G* during the soloes and end since I think it sounds better, but you can play the solo or verses with either chord and it'll still sound good. Please note that Chuck Berry's original version is played E A B during the verses, instead of G C D. Enjoy! PS: Does anyone know how to play the intro for Chuck or Buddy Holly's versions of this song? Please e-mail me the tabs if you do!

      G
Well flying 'cross the desert in my TWA
I saw a woman walkin' 'cross the sand
                                     C
She'd been walking thirty miles en route to Bombay
           D G
To meet a brown eyed handsome man
                        C D G
Her destination was a brown eyed handsome man

G
Way back in history, three thousand years
In fact ever since the world began
                                   C
There's been a whole lot of women sheddin' tears
        D G
Over a brown eyed handsome man
                         C D G
A lot of trouble was a brown eyed handsome man

          G
Well the Milo de Venus was a beautiful lass
She had the world in the palm of her hand
                              C
She lost both her arms in a wrestling match
           D G
To win a brown eyed handsome man
                               C D G
She fought and won herself a brown eyed handsome man

           G
Well the beautiful daughter couldn't make up her mind
Between a doctor and a lawyer man
                                          C
Her mother told her daughter, Go out and find yourself
    D G
A brown eyed handsome man
                              C D G
Just like your daddy was, a brown eyed handsome man

       G
Well a-two, three the count with nobody home
He hit a high flyer into the stand
                          C
A rounded third, he was heading for home
           C D G
It was a brown eyed handsome man
                              C D G
That won the game, it was a brown eyed handsome man
Dm7 G* Dm7 G*
It was a brown eyed handsome man
