About this Album:
This is a wicked album and by far my favorite. The melodys are amaising and i love the emotion in Cobains voice. the tracks Swap meet, Love buzz, and Floyd the Barber are three that you must hear if you are interested in nirvana.

This album has got to be Nirvana's second best album after In Utero. These two album's are the heart and soul of Nirvana's awesome grunginess. Nevermind is overrated and Incesticide is just over looked (but good.) Bleach is the greatness that is Nirvana!

This is my favorite NIRVANA album. The guitar riffs are so heavy and awsome. some songs are also very medolic like "About A Girl" (this song also appeared on live and unplugged in new york) it has many great guitar parts like in the song "blew". It also has many great bass parts like in my favorite song "Love Buzz". kurts voice sounds like it always does but sounds younger. I love Chad Channings drumming, i dont think its as good as dave grohls but its really good. this album like 'Incesticide' shows NIRVANA's roots of both punk rock and 80's metal. IF you have not yet purchased this album please do so now its worth whatever u pay. Long live kurts memory!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Nirvanas first album. The front of the album is a picture taken by Tracy Marander, it shows Nirvana playing. The inner photos were taken by Charles Peterson. This album was recorded in Seattle at Reciprocal Recordings by Jack Endino for $600. All of the songs were written by Kurt Cobain except for Love Buzz which was written by Robby Van Leeuwen. Dale Crover plays drums on the songs Floyd The Barber, Paper Cuts and Downer. This album was released on Sub Pop records. Released in 1989.
I think this is a great album. The first song BLEW is very melodic. I like all the songs on that album i think they are all great especially the lyrics on FLOYD THE BARBER are really cool. This album was one of the albums that got Corey Taylor (singer for slipknot and Stone Sour) to want to sing. Most of the tracks that didnt make it on to this album was put onto their album Incesticide.
