Lee Ann Womack - I Hope You Dance guitar chord
Your rating:
Song: I Hope You Dance Artist: Lee Ann Womack Tabbed By: Jon Aleman This is a wonderful song, I absolutely love it. I tabbed this song with a capo on the first fret but you can play the barred chords and it sounds fine. Remember, all chords are realtive to the capo. CHORDS: (CAPO I) F#m:244222 F#m7:242222 D:xx0232 A:x02220 Asus:x02300 Esus:x02200 E:022100 Bm:x24432 B/D:xx0220 INTRO: F#m/D/A/Asus/F#m/D/Esus/E x2 VERSE 1: A I hope you never lose your sense of wonder F#m Get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger D May you never take one single breath for granted E God forbid love ever leave you empty handed D E A I hope you still feel small when you stand by the ocean D E A Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens Bm B/D D Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance Esus F And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance F#m/D/A/Asus I hope you dance F#m D/Esus/E I hope you dance VERSE 2: (Same chords as first) I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance Never settle for the path of least resistance Living might mean taking chances but they're worth taking Loving might be a mistake but it's worth making Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter When you come close to selling out, reconsider Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance CHORUS: F#m D A Asus F#m D Esus/E (Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along) I hope you dance I hope you dance F#m D A Asus F#m D Esus/E (Tell me who wants to look back on their youth and wonder where those years have gone) I hope you dance This all repeats itself over and over in different order with the same lyrics and chords, the only different part is the outro, which is below. OUTRO: Esus/E/A (Repeat and fade) That's pretty much it, so if you have any questions or comments just email me
