The great Creator of creation

Here and now His strength to guard me
His hand to guide, His shield to protect me
From all the snares
From all temptations and vices
From those who wish me ill, both far and near
I call his name

O warmth of sun and radiance of moonlight!
O splendour of fire and swiftness of wind!
