The track was written with and being produced by Gary Barlow of Take That, whom Dixon befriended whilst climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. The song was released on 15 November 2009.

Also, for the re-release another song produced by Chad Hugo of The Neptune has been confirmed, called "Black Cloud."
