I couldn't remember if it was Halloween or august

I awoke from my four month nap and from my eyes i wiped the dust

X's over everyday and my calender hung itself

X's over my eyes and empty bottles on the shelf



I greeted the dusk with a step the pavement

A feeling of deja vu wanted to bring me to your basement

The day and night were struggling for my breath like 2 desperate thieves

I walked down the path,i followed the blowing leaves

They lead me to the cellar door

Then i knew that i had been there before

I turned the handle and release any previous cares

As black as night, i walked down the creaky stairs

You opened my insides with a fence post

We listened to the dilapidated records, they were all your favorite bands

We blew the dirt off the shelves and danced all over my hands
