What a sweet song this is. Written by the late John Lennon. The recording
on the Determination CD has Tommy on Guitar, some strings and a shaker
cruising along in the background. There is a lot of picking separating phrases
in the melody. I will tab some of these but once you get the chord shapes
you'll be able to throw your own in there. The 3rd verse after the chorus goes
up an octave. Tommy plays this as a solo on the album. When he performs the song
live he stays in the lower register for the entire song. I'll just tab the first
and second verses. You can improvise on the third verse yourself. Sorry!
Anyway, for this song you'll need to tune your bottom string down to D.

I guess probably the hardest part about this version is the harmonics at the end.
But like so many of Tommy's songs this makes the ending just SO sweet! Just to
clear up what the symbols mean.

The section 6/7\65 means bend up to the 7, down again to the 6 and pick the 5th.
You'll know how it's meant to go if you listen to the CD.

The number with the ~ above like so 5, means play the harmonic 12 frets from the 5th
While holding your finger on the 5th Fret. Easy enough once you get the hang of it.
