For all of you out there that are still wondering how to play the bad ass VERSE to this song, here it is.  (At least my version of it) I have seen The Used a lot of times and this is how it seems Quinn plays it.

First, with your right hand, place your index finger over the 12th fret, making sure you cover all the strings. Make the index finger lightly touch over the strings. ( Like you are trying to make harmonics)

With your left hand, do hammer on's and pull off's on the G sting at the 3rd and 5th frets. This will cause pinging sounds. Listen to the song care fully to get the right hammer and pull off timing.
