Rhythm: I'm not tabbing the rhythm, just listen to the recording. Basically, for each powerchord I've tabbed use an upstroke and a downstroke.
Sound: Billy Corgan's guitar sound is usually fueled by a 1984 Marshall Jcm 900 , but this is one of the few songs where he used a Mesa Boogie Head. He uses rack-mounted effects to achieve the extreme distortion. The sounded can be easily emulated by running a guitar with humbucker pickups through a metal distortion pedal and into any decent amp. I use a Boss Metal Zone distortion pedal but any pedal with extremely high gain will work fine. You should turn up the gain to almost max, turn the low end to about 7 or 8, put the highs at 3 or 4 and put the mid at 7. DO NOT SCOOP THE MID! If you have a mid frequency control match it with the mid.
Note: I'm going to tab the entire guitar parts then write the lyrics with the order. The only part I'm not really sure about is the intro and there is some noize James or Flood makes with a guitar and wah, anyway Enjoy.
