I don't know the chord names so i'll use a different format,
Standard Tuning, Capo on the second...

A x-- x x x 0-- 0 0 0 0-- 2 3 2 x--
D 0-- 0 0 0 4-- 2 0 4 0-- 0 2 0 0--
G 2-- 4 2 0 x-- x 0 x 2-- 0 0 0 2--
B 3-- 3 3 3 3-- 3 3 3 3-- 0 1 1 3--
E 2-- 2 2 2 2-- 2 2 2 2-- x 0 0 2--

The chorus part is just Dm, and G, but i like to play a G7 on the second part of it...
Beyond that i think you can figure the timing and stuff out so enjoy...

p.s if you don't use a capo it sounds fine, you just need to sing it lower, and if your voice is
bass then it sounds perfect...
